We lead your organization through a self-audit process, leveraging qualitative research methods to engage every team member at every level. Interviews, surveys, and focus groups provide the data we need to develop a thematic report on the status of your organization's culture and operational landscape.

We work with your leadership team to select an initial training cohort of supervisors, managers, and team leaders to participate in the training experience. Cohort sizes typically range from a low of around 30 up to a high of around 80 participants. Participants should be selected to form broad representation of the organization.

We schedule monthly convenings of the training cohort to experience our Transforming the Future™ experience. Cohort members will collaborate to develop implementation plans and pilot initiatives that will help to shape and drive your organizational culture shift. We provide constant monitoring and coaching all along the way.
